Parks placed first in the 30-40 Masters Class as well as placing first in the overall Masters and Heavy Weight division.
 

Parks is not new to the winners circle. His first competition was the Wyoming State in 1992 where is placed fourth in the light heavies at 176lbs. His second show was a return to the Wyoming State in 1997 where he placed first in the heavy weights and first in overall. Other shows include appearances in 2006 where he competed at the Steel City show in Pueblo Colorado taking first, followed by a third place finish two weeks later at the Shawn Ray Show in Denver Colorado which is the areas largest show. 

Parks is dedicated to his passion of bodybuilding and has helped return his knowledge and experience to the community by helping local Central High School students in their annual body building competition.
