so.. if im dieting correctly and doing my cardio.. is it a good idea or a bad idea to have a casein shake before bed?

my brother has a bunch of **** left over from awhile ago and i came across it and i know that casein is a slow-digesting protein that people take before going to bed to keep the metabolism moving.. and i was just curious.

I would take a casein shake before bed whether you are bulking or cutting.
Casein is excellent before bed, supplies your body with a slow release of protein to last you through the night.
