I just finished my first cycle and it worked great. When i started i struggled to get 8 reps at 175 pounds on my bench, after two months of M5 i can do 215 6 times now which is a huuuge improvement for me cuz im pretty slender (14.5 inch arms)so its nice to push that kinda weight finally. It didnt really put on any size maybe a few pounds but my strength in every muscle jumped up big time. I went from curling 70 pounds like 6 times to being able to do sets of 95 pounds easily. i never felt sick or had any kind of negative side effects. you can be feeling sluggish and give this stuff a half hour and you feel like its a good lift day. it doesnt make you feel jittery or anything so thats good. TRY IT!
